Anybody out there using a software-based performance review system? I’ve been asked to look into options and any help would be great. Right now our performance reviews consist of the manager filling out a multi-page paper form for each employee once a year. It could be a lot better.
I’m looking at Performance Now, which also has an enterprise version. This was recommended by a volunteer here at CLC, and it looks promising but definitely not cheap. There is also a web-based version which looks interesting.
